Can I modify or cancel my order?

No, once the order fulfilment process has commenced, the courier collects your goods and we are no longer able to modify or cancel your order. Should you change your mind after your order has been processed, you may return the goods for a full refund.

What happens if I realise that my personal data is incorrect after I have completed my order?

If you find that your personal details are not correct after completing your order, please contact our Customer Service department by consulting the Customer Care page.

How can I check if you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the number for that order.

PAYMENT METHODS

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept PayPal, Nexi XPay and most credit cards. We also accept payment via bank transfer and Klarna, which even gives the option of paying in three instalments free of interest.

Can the billing address be different to the delivery address?

Yes, billing and shipping addresses can be different and must be entered at the checkout in the appropriate fields.

What information do you need to finalise an order?

During checkout, you will be asked for your credit card number, expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value). The CVV consists of the three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

RETURNS

How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, the customer must send notice within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the authorisation form that Endless shall send to the customer.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The purchased goods must be intact and returned in the original packing, complete with all components (including all packaging along with any documentation and accessories);
  • In order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend – whenever possible – placing the goods in a second box (with it being prohibited to affix labels or adhesive tape to the original product packaging);
  • The transport costs for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer-consumer;
  • In no way shall the company be liable for damages to or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments;
  • No cash on delivery or carriage forward parcels shall be accepted.

How are refunds effectuated?

Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Endless shall refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product via a return of the amount charged to the credit card used or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer is to provide their bank details (IBAN code) in good time. Shipping costs are excluded from any reimbursement.

What happens if my purchase is not suitable?

If, for any reason, you find your purchases unsuitable, you can simply exchange your order or request a refund within 14 days from purchase.

NEWSLETTER AND COUPON CODES

How can I subscribe to the newsletter and receive the discount code?

Simply enter your email address in the newsletter box on the Endless website pages or in the side pop-up. Once you have registered, you will receive a 10% discount code that can be applied to your first purchase.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Use the link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from Endless

Where can I enter the coupon code to avail of the discount?

The coupon code must be entered in capital letters without spaces, in the dedicated field found both in the cart and at the checkout. Application of the discount will be visible immediately.
