For Italy, delivery is expected within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment. In certain areas (such as on islands), the service may be delayed a few days beyond the scheduled period due to logistical issues related to the region/town of destination. Once the package is sent, the customer will be notified by email. For the European Union, delivery is expected within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. The Endless website provides free shipping within Italy for orders over €39.00. For all orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €4.00. For shipping to countries within the EU and Great Britain, Endless guarantees free shipping for orders over €49.00. For all orders below this amount, the shipping cost is listed below:

You may proceed with any return request by sending an email to [email protected], providing the order number, product name, colour variant and size you wish to return.
PThe right of withdrawal (and withdrawal from the contract for any reason whatsoever) may be exercised by the consumer-customer (being a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity). To exercise this right, the customer is to send Endless a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the return form that can be downloaded below.

As soon as the item reaches our premises, we shall proceed with issuing the refund via the same payment method utilised at the time of purchase. For payments by bank transfer, we require the bank details in order to process the refund, which can be provided directly in the return form.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The product is undamaged (not worn) and in its original packaging (box, bag or carton, as applicable) with attached taxation documentation;
- Any tags and labels are to be unaltered and still attached to the product or packaging.
