Can I change or cancel my order?
No, once the order processing process has begun the courier will collect your goods and we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you change your mind after your order has been processed, you will be able to return the goods for a full refund.
What happens if I realize that my personal information is incorrect after completing the order?

How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email containing the number relating to that order.
PAYMENT METHODS
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Paypal, Nexi XPay and most credit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer and Klarna which gives you the option to pay in three interest-free instalments.
Can the billing address be different from the delivery address?
Yes, the billing and shipping addresses can be different and must be entered in the appropriate fields during the checkout.
What information do you need to finalize the order?
During checkout you will be asked for your credit card number, expiry date and CVV number (card security number). This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
RETURNS
How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the authorization form that Endless will have sent to the customer.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
- To limit damage to the original packaging we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original packaging of the product is prohibited);
- The transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer-consumer;
The company is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Parcels will not be collected cash on delivery or freight collect.
How is the refund made?
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Endless will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid for the product by canceling the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide their bank details (IBAN code). Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
What happens if my purchase is not suitable?
If you find your purchases unsuitable for any reason, you can simply exchange your order or request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
NEWSLETTER AND COUPON CODES
How do I sign up for the newsletter and receive the discount code?
Just enter your email address in the newsletter box on the Endless website pages or in the side popup. Once registered you will receive the 10% discount code that you can apply to your first purchase.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Please use the link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from Endless
Where can I enter the coupon code to take advantage of the discount?
The coupon code must be entered in all capital letters in the dedicated field both in the cart and in the checkout. The application of the discount will be immediately visible.
