Refund policy
1. CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND
You can request a refund in the following cases:
✅ Right of withdrawal: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return one or more products without providing a reason (in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code).
✅ Defective or damaged product: If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or one that was damaged during shipping.
✅ Shipping error: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered.
⚠️ Exclusions from refunds:
• Socks and tights that have been tried on or are without their original sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.
• Products damaged due to improper use or washing that does not follow the instructions.
• Items purchased under non-refundable special promotions (as specified at the time of purchase).
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To start the refund process, follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form found here and submit it along with your refund request.
2. Contact us via email at [info@endless.green] within 14 days of receiving the package, including:
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Photo of the product (if defective or incorrect)
3. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions.
4. Send the product to the address we will provide, using a trackable shipping method.
5. Receipt and inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will verify its condition within 5 business days.
6. Refund approval:
- If the return meets the above conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
3. REFUND METHODS
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
• Credit/debit card → Credited within 5–10 business days (bank processing times).
• PayPal → Immediate credit after approval.
• Bank transfer → Credited within 5–7 business days (if the original payment was made by bank transfer). In this case, you must provide your IBAN when requesting the refund.
⚠️ Return shipping costs:
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• If the return is due to the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
