SHIPPING
For Italy, delivery is expected within 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. In some areas (islands) the service may be delayed by a few days beyond the expected times due to logistical problems related to the region/country of destination. When the package is sent, the Customer will be notified by e-mail. For the European Union, delivery is expected within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. The Endless website provides free shipping for orders over €39.00 on Italian territory. For all orders of amounts lower than this threshold the shipping cost amounts to €4.00. For shipments to EU countries and Great Britain, Endless guarantees free shipping for orders over €49.00. For all orders of amounts lower than this threshold the shipping cost is indicated in the table below:

RETURNS
You can proceed with the return request by writing an email to info@endless.green entering the order number, the name of the product, the color variant and the size you want to return.
The customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) can exercise the right of withdrawal (and withdraw from the contract for any reason). To exercise this right, the customer must send Endless a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the return form downloadable below.

As soon as the item arrives at our office, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment channel used during the purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer we will need your bank details in order to proceed with the refund, these details can be entered directly into the return form.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The product is intact (not worn) and in its original packaging (box, possible sachet and card) with attached tax documentation.
- Any tags and labels are unaltered and still attached to the product or packaging
- The return must be accompanied by the duly completed form to the email address info@endlesss.green
